The Deployment Analyst plays a critical role in the successful, safe, and efficient delivery of modular power solutions products across our diverse project portfolio. As an employee-owner, you will leverage your skills to ensure our products are deployed seamlessly, contributing directly to project success and our reputation for innovative construction solutions.
Plan and coordinate product delivery(deployment) with internal and external project stakeholders.
Support field installation and punch-list activities.
Communicate project progress, risks, and concerns to project stakeholders.
Document field observations and escalate technical or operational concerns as appropriate.
Maintain accurate deployment records, reports, and project documentation.
Follow all company safety, quality, and operational procedures while promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
Maintain detailed documentation of deployment processes, field modifications, and lessons learned to foster continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
Ensure strict compliance with Rosendin safety protocols, MPS deployment process, and project-specific quality assurance procedures.
Build collaborative relationships with all project stakeholders to support successful product delivery.
Provide a high level of customer service throughout the deployment lifecycle.
Be self-motivated and capable of managing time to efficiently complete assigned tasks.
Proficient and comfortable using company-provisioned technology resources.Computer, iPad, smartphone and associated programs and apps.
Basic understanding of construction principles.
Basic technical aptitude to interpret detail drawings and construction blueprints or ability to learn quickly.

Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
TSA approved travel documents. REAL ID, Enhanced DL, Passport, etc.
Up to 75%.
75% of work time is spent on active construction project sites, with the remaining 25% at a manufacturing facility.
