The MPS Assistant Project Manager is responsible for providing overall administrative and construction support for our Program Management team.
Manage all aspects of project documentation including submittals, RFIs, and project meeting minutes. Supervise and direct overall project activities as assigned by the Head of Programs including but not limited to planning and coordinating, circumventing/resolving problem areas, ensuring all company/project policies, procedures and standards are maintained and consistent. Project activities may include the following based on competency and bandwidth to perform:
Maintaining change order, submittal, and document (drawing) control logs; prepare required logs and other project documentation for construction meetings.
Creating contract submittals that are accurate and timely for submission review.
Creating and issuing the Subcontractors' contracts.
Creating and timely delivering Owner and Maintenance Manuals.
Monitoring the project quality control plan to ensure it is being followed and documented issues are being identified for corrective action.
Coordinates with Subcontractors to make certain that we have obtained the correct documentation and drawing for the Owner and Maintenance Manuals.
Ensure the Warranty Log is up to date.
Represent company/project in meetings with client, subcontractors, etc.
Cooperate with and technically assist field personnel assigned to area of responsibility.
Monitor other contractors' activities and progress.
Creating the Job Information Sheets and establishing Job Files.
Assume total project supervision responsibilities in Program Manager's absence.
Prepares price change orders and project reports and documentation.
Works with payroll to ensure accurate payroll information.

The Risk and Compliance Manager will ensure the company follows applicable laws, regulations, external customer requirements, and internal standards by conducting audits, identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies. They will advise the Business Process and Training teams on enhancing policies and procedures to meet regulatory and customer requirements and industry best practices. Audits and Monitoring:
Serve as the lead point of contact and manage all external audits.
Develop and conduct internal audits on process and procedures to evaluate compliance and effectiveness.

Policy and Process Advisory:

The Risk and Compliance Manager will ensure the company follows applicable laws, regulations, external customer requirements, and internal standards by conducting audits, identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies. They will advise the Business Process and Training teams on enhancing policies and procedures to meet regulatory and customer requirements and industry best practices. They bridge external laws, regulations, and customer requirements with business operations, acting strategically to prevent violations, enhance overall operational excellence, and foster a culture of integrity. This position will require travel.
Audits and Monitoring:
Serve as the lead point of contact and manage all external audits.
Develop and conduct internal audits on process and procedures to evaluate compliance and effectiveness.
Develop corrective actions for risk mitigation based on audit findings.
Monitor and measure corrective actions and risk mitigation effectiveness.
Policy and Process Advisory:
Advise Business Process teams on enhancing policies and procedures to meet regulatory and customer requirements and industry best practices.
Risk Assessment:
Identify, evaluate, and monitor risks (legal, operational, financial) impacting the company.
Provide assessment findings to operational leadership to assist in the development of risk mitigation strategies and corrective actions.
Training:
Educate employees on compliance requirements and ethical standards.
Audit the internal training program for effectiveness and provide results to the training team.
Reporting:
Prepare reports for senior management on compliance status and risks.
Stakeholder Liaison:
Work with internal departments for continuous improvement
Work with external auditors and regulators to ensure compliance.
State Certifications:
Work with the project teams to ensure products have the required state certification requirements prior to shipment.
Manage and coordinate the state certification process and documentation.
Claims:
Work with insurance, legal, and logistics teams for resolving shipping claims.

The Senior Project Manager - MPS is a subject matter expert level Project Management position responsible for managing large-sized projects of more advanced complexity, creating detailed project plans and collaborating on tasks with team members while tracking progress, communicating with internal and external stakeholders, and monitoring the completion of projects timelines, within budget. The Senior Project Manager - MPS is a subject matter expert level Project Management position responsible for managing large-sized projects of more advanced complexity, creating detailed project plans and collaborating on tasks with team members while tracking progress, communicating with internal and external stakeholders, and monitoring the completion of projects timelines, within budget. The Project Manager III answers client queries, addresses technical and contract questions as well as identifying new business opportunities among existing customers. In this role, you will liaise with cross-functional internal teams to improve the entire customer experience. This position may require travel.
Serve as the subject matter expert for all customer project management matters.
Review and thoroughly understand work orders and service agreements.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Navigate nuances of client relations amongst peers within trusted account relationships.
Create agenda and guide the Kickoff Meeting presentation to all stakeholders of the fulfillment team
Anticipate concerns impacting the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and multiple objectives.

The HSE Specialist II is an experienced level professional safety position. Troubleshoot equipment electrical systems and control circuits and build control panels from drawings.
Prepare sketches and schematic diagrams showing the location of wiring and electrical systems.
Delegate tasks and assist with training other employees.
Communicate effectively with Foremen and crew members.
Maintain workflow schedule to ensure all Rosendin productivity objectives are met.
Demonstrate the highest level of professionalism and courtesy when interacting with colleagues, customers and vendors.
Adhere to all Rosendin's safety policies and procedures.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
