The Manager, Production Quality for Modular Power Solutions is a facility-based role responsible for quality assurance and validation of quality control throughout the full product lifecycle for modular enclosures and skid-mounted systems serving data center, mission-critical infrastructure, high-tech, and energy customers. This position owns the execution of project- and product-specific Quality Plans at the facility level and ensures that quality requirements are defined early, implemented consistently, and verified at each stage of design, procurement, fabrication, assembly, testing, and delivery. This role reports to and is functionally managed by the Regional Quality Manager, who provides the overarching Quality Management System (QMS), policies, and guidelines. The Manager, Production Quality is responsible for deploying, enforcing, and continuously improving these requirements locally while serving as the primary quality authority on-site.
Serve as the on-site quality authority, ensuring adherence to corporate and regional Quality Management Systems (QMS).
Approve and maintain facility-level Quality Plans, Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), and all quality documentation.
Establish and enforce quality hold points, witness points, and FAT readiness, with authority to stop work when quality, safety, or compliance risks arise.
Lead quality assurance across the full product lifecycle, integrating quality into design reviews, procurement, manufacturing, and testing processes.
Conduct and oversee audits, inspections, and FATs, ensuring compliance with customer requirements, mission-critical infrastructure standards, and applicable codes (UL, NEC, NFPA, IEC, CSA, ASME, AWS).
Validate inspection, testing, and verification activities, ensuring nonconformances are identified, resolved, and verified for effectiveness.
Maintain traceability of quality records, documentation, and shipment readiness based on verified QC results.
Define and enforce supplier and subcontractor quality expectations, reviewing documentation, inspections, and corrective actions to ensure on-time, compliant deliveries.
Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA), leveraging quality data and trends to drive continuous improvement and defect prevention.
Collaborate with engineering, production, and project management to resolve design, manufacturability, and process issues.
Participate in customer audits, inspections, and quality reviews, acting as the primary facility-level quality interface.
Train and mentor personnel on quality standards, procedures, and best practices, fostering a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement.
Lead lean manufacturing initiatives and implement process improvements to enhance overall facility quality performance.
Quality Assurance, Continuous Improvement functions in manufacturing, assembly and fabrication environments, ISO-9001 preferred
Proficient in using a computer and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.); preferred.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, changing priorities as necessary.

Maintain traceability of quality records, documentation, and shipment readiness based on verified QC results.
Define and enforce supplier and subcontractor quality expectations, reviewing documentation, inspections, and corrective actions to ensure on-time, compliant deliveries.
Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA), leveraging quality data and trends to drive continuous improvement and defect prevention.
Collaborate with engineering, production, and project management to resolve design, manufacturability, and process issues.
Participate in customer audits, inspections, and quality reviews, acting as the primary facility-level quality interface.
Train and mentor personnel on quality standards, procedures, and best practices, fostering a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement.
Lead lean manufacturing initiatives and implement process improvements to enhance overall facility quality performance.
Quality Assurance, Continuous Improvement functions in manufacturing, assembly and fabrication environments, ISO-9001 preferred

The Manager, Production Quality for Modular Power Solutions is a facility-based role responsible for quality assurance and validation of quality control throughout the full product lifecycle for modular enclosures and skid-mounted systems serving data center, mission-critical infrastructure, high-tech, and energy customers. This position owns the execution of project- and product-specific Quality Plans at the facility level and ensures that quality requirements are defined early, implemented consistently, and verified at each stage of design, procurement, fabrication, assembly, testing, and delivery. This role reports to and is functionally managed by the Regional Quality Manager, who provides the overarching Quality Management System (QMS), policies, and guidelines. The Manager, Production Quality is responsible for deploying, enforcing, and continuously improving these requirements locally while serving as the primary quality authority on-site.
Serve as the on-site quality authority, ensuring adherence to corporate and regional Quality Management Systems (QMS).
Approve and maintain facility-level Quality Plans, Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), and all quality documentation.
Establish and enforce quality hold points, witness points, and FAT readiness, with authority to stop work when quality, safety, or compliance risks arise.
Lead quality assurance across the full product lifecycle, integrating quality into design reviews, procurement, manufacturing, and testing processes.
Conduct and oversee audits, inspections, and FATs, ensuring compliance with customer requirements, mission-critical infrastructure standards, and applicable codes (UL, NEC, NFPA, IEC, CSA, ASME, AWS).
Validate inspection, testing, and verification activities, ensuring nonconformances are identified, resolved, and verified for effectiveness.

Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA), leveraging quality data and trends to drive continuous improvement and defect prevention.
Collaborate with engineering, production, and project management to resolve design, manufacturability, and process issues.
Participate in customer audits, inspections, and quality reviews, acting as the primary facility-level quality interface.
Train and mentor personnel on quality standards, procedures, and best practices, fostering a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement.
Lead lean manufacturing initiatives and implement process improvements to enhance overall facility quality performance.
Quality Assurance, Continuous Improvement functions in manufacturing, assembly and fabrication environments, ISO-9001 preferred
Proficient in using a computer and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.); preferred.

The Vendor Managed Inventory Team Lead will manage a work group responsible for the procurement of engineered equipment, commodities, permanent plant materials, and small tools and supplies. This position is a ‘working manager' role that will execute contractual obligations while providing oversight, support, and mentorship to Procurement Agents and Sr. Procurement Agents
Monitor, evaluate, and mentor working team on meeting or exceeding performance goals and expectations.
Ensure team is complying with procurement policies and procedures and is in strict adherence to documentation requirements.
Oversee and plan all aspects of procurement from pre-bid closeout.
Effectively manage people and projects within assigned Region to pursue cost savings opportunities, while implementing and adhering to process standardization efficiencies.
Provide coaching and mentoring to staff personnel as required and provide performance evaluation input to Regional Procurement Manager.
Support estimating department by contacting suppliers for budgetary quotations for materials and equipment in the preparation of bids.
Represent company in contracts and formulating policies with suppliers.
Negotiate terms and conditions with equipment and material, while consulting with corporate attorneys and senior management project and risk while commercial competitiveness.
Monitor and oversee execution of the competitive bid process via Request for Proposals (RFP) or Request for Quotes (RFQ) for their team.
Responsible for the qualification and evaluation process for suppliers of materials and equipment.
Lead aggregated sourcing events across regions as needed to drive procurement value on behalf of Rosendin Electric (REI).
Collaborate with the Center of Excellence on larger category strategy initiatives geared toward increasing REI margin and enhancing process efficiencies.
Review all internal/external metrics for our suppliers, procurement, and operations to ensure targets are being met, and engage with Regional Procurement Manager to identify the root cause and mitigation actions to address any deficiency gaps.
Ensure recommended awards are in accordance with the approved decision model and Delegation of Authority to ensure adherence to procurement policies and procedures.
Ensure that mutually beneficial relationships are in place with suppliers through Supplier Relationship Management (SRM).
Provide feedback assist in analyzing market and delivery systems assess present and future material availability.
Communicate and enforce procurement policies and procedures.
Responsible for projections financial planning, delivery schedules and procurement reporting.
Responsible for the development and review of all procurement analytics, reporting and deliverables.
Oversee the development and implementation of procurement and contract management instructions, policies, and procedures.

Review materials for accuracy upon receipt, and oversee material review process. Enter documentation into purchasing system.
Review and approve invoices with vendor and A/P resolve invoice problems.
Oversee the development and use of 3rd-party Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA).

The Vendor Managed Inventory Team Lead will manage a work group responsible for the procurement of engineered equipment, commodities, permanent plant materials, and small tools and supplies. This position is a ‘working manager' role that will execute contractual obligations while providing oversight, support, and mentorship to Procurement Agents and Sr. Procurement Agents
Monitor, evaluate, and mentor working team on meeting or exceeding performance goals and expectations.
Ensure team is complying with procurement policies and procedures and is in strict adherence to documentation requirements.
Oversee and plan all aspects of procurement from pre-bid closeout.
Effectively manage people and projects within assigned Region to pursue cost savings opportunities, while implementing and adhering to process standardization efficiencies.
Provide coaching and mentoring to staff personnel as required and provide performance evaluation input to Regional Procurement Manager.
Support estimating department by contacting suppliers for budgetary quotations for materials and equipment in the preparation of bids.
Represent company in contracts and formulating policies with suppliers.
Negotiate terms and conditions with equipment and material, while consulting with corporate attorneys and senior management project and risk while commercial competitiveness.
Monitor and oversee execution of the competitive bid process via Request for Proposals (RFP) or Request for Quotes (RFQ) for their team.
Responsible for the qualification and evaluation process for suppliers of materials and equipment.
Lead aggregated sourcing events across regions as needed to drive procurement value on behalf of Rosendin Electric (REI).
Collaborate with the Center of Excellence on larger category strategy initiatives geared toward increasing REI margin and enhancing process efficiencies.
Review all internal/external metrics for our suppliers, procurement, and operations to ensure targets are being met, and engage with Regional Procurement Manager to identify the root cause and mitigation actions to address any deficiency gaps.
Ensure recommended awards are in accordance with the approved decision model and Delegation of Authority to ensure adherence to procurement policies and procedures.
Ensure that mutually beneficial relationships are in place with suppliers through Supplier Relationship Management (SRM).
Provide feedback assist in analyzing market and delivery systems assess present and future material availability.
Communicate and enforce procurement policies and procedures.
Responsible for projections financial planning, delivery schedules and procurement reporting.
Responsible for the development and review of all procurement analytics, reporting and deliverables.
Oversee the development and implementation of procurement and contract management instructions, policies, and procedures.
Oversee the projections, financial planning, delivery schedules and reporting.
Review materials for accuracy upon receipt, and oversee material review process. Enter documentation into purchasing system.
Review and approve invoices with vendor and A/P resolve invoice problems.
Oversee the development and use of 3rd-party Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA).
Oversee the return material ensure proper and timely credit to the project

The Engineering Team Lead is an engineering management position responsible for providing technical engineering oversight and design team management for engineering projects for which they are assigned. This technical management role is responsible for financial, resource allocation, logistic and technical leadership of projects and has the capability to mentor and train staff under their supervision.
Possess the ability to understand project requirements and develop a design fee for the work requested.
Prepare and oversee work plans for engineering and production resources.
Oversee Engineers, Designers and Modeling staff assigned to team or project work.
Ability to communicate with Project Manager (PM) or Executive regarding effort required to accomplish an expected deliverables and project support. This may include developing requests for additional services for submittal to the PM or Owner.
Lead the Engineering CAC effort and interaction with the project PM.
Able to resolve a variety of complex problems (i.e. conflicting design requirements, unsuitability of conventional materials, difficult coordination requirements).
Supervise the coordination of the project with city, state, and county officials, and other regulatory agencies
Attendance at project design meetings with the overall Design Build Team.
Job Site Visits to review installation or assess current conditions.
Perform Value Engineering studies.
Act as Engineer of Record for projects within their responsibility.

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college in engineering, architectural engineering, or construction sciences.
Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of Engineering Experience
Registration as a licensed US-based Professional Engineer (P.E.) is a plus, but not required for this position.
Education and experience can be a combination of education, training, and relevant experience.
Leadership - Ability to lead a diverse team of people to accomplish a goal.
Communication - Fluency of communication in oral and written formats.
Teamwork - Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group to deliver an extraordinary result.
Knowledge of engineering processes and calculations including load calculations, equipment layout, normal and emergency standby distribution, HV/MV distribution, lighting layout, lighting calculations, power and lighting controls, utility coordination, grounding, value engineering, applicable codes, and standards, is required.
Working knowledge of equipment and system testing and commissioning.
The ability to assume responsibility, interface, and coordinate with others.
The ability to analyze and resolve complex engineering problems.
The ability to oversee Electrical System Studies such as: Short Circuit, Overcurrent Protection, Arc Flash, Voltage Drop/Droop, and Underground Thermal Calculations.
Management skills are required, including work planning, resource management, fee development, staff oversight, staff development and advancement planning.
Knowledge of electrical construction sufficient to understand how design packages will be built.
Fluency with Building Codes and Local Codes in the local area of projects.
Proficient in using a computer and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.); Oracle preferred
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, changing priorities as necessary
Ability to work under time pressure and adapt to changing requirements with a positive attitude
Effective oral and written communication skills.
Ability to be self-motivated, proactive and an effective team player.
Ability to interact effectively and professionally with all levels of employees, both management and staff alike, vendors, clients, Trade Partners and others
General work environment - sitting for extended periods, standing, walking, typing, carrying, pushing, bending. Work is conducted primarily indoors with varying environmental conditions, such as fluorescent lighting and air conditioning.
Noise level is typically low to medium; it can be loud on a job site.
Occasional lifting of up to 30 lbs.
