The Project Scheduler is responsible for the development and implementation of schedules for electrical construction projects while collaborating with Project Management and the Field Leadership Team to ensure that projects are completed according to contract and project performance goals.
Create, update, and maintain electrical construction schedule.
Create work breakdown structures.
Develop Critical Path Method (CPM).
Review critical path, cost loading, schedule content.

The Project Manager I - MPS is a mid-level Project Management position responsible for managing smaller-scale projects, creating detailed project plans and collaborating on tasks with internal stakeholders members while tracking progress, communicating with internal and external stakeholders, and monitoring the completion of projects timelines, within budget, while receiving guidance and mentorship from Head of Projects. The Project Manager I answer client queries, addresses technical and contract questions as well as identifying new business opportunities among existing customers. The Project Manager I - MPS is a mid-level Project Management position responsible for managing smaller-scale projects, creating detailed project plans and collaborating on tasks with internal stakeholders members while tracking progress, communicating with internal and external stakeholders, and monitoring the completion of projects timelines, within budget, while receiving guidance and mentorship from Head of Projects. The Project Manager I answer client queries, addresses technical and contract questions as well as identifying new business opportunities among existing customers. In this role, you will liaise with cross-functional internal teams to improve the entire customer experience. This position may require travel.
Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
Review and thorough understand work orders and service agreements.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Earn trust amongst peers within account relationships.
Create agenda and guide the Kickoff Meeting presentation to all stakeholders of the fulfillment team
Monitor and communicate status or concerns impacting the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
Recognize new business opportunities with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
Manage multi-year forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. monthly sales results and annual forecasts)
Contribute and present program metrics for the client business reviews.
Maintain and enhance relationships with BD team to identify and grow opportunities.
Assist with challenging requests or issue escalations as needed internally.
Manage ongoing customer's site requirements.
Act as a single point of contact, own the proposal process internally.
Review and prepare Cost-at-Completion (CAC) accounting for internal review with MPS leadership.
Proactively manage multiple activities of moderate complexity to ensure forward progress and deadlines with efficiency.
Negotiate and create all change orders on projects for internal approval.
Represent the company/project in meetings with clients, subcontractors, etc.
Maintain understanding of customer forecast and facilitate alignment with the Production Team and Continuous Improvement Team.

Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Project Management or other related discipline preferred.
PMP license a plus
experience in account management, preferably in industrialized construction role. Basic knowledge of construction technology, scheduling, Minimum 2 years' equipment and methods required.
Business development/heavy client interaction a plus.
Can be a combination of training, education and relevant work experience that is equivalent.

Troubleshoot equipment electrical systems and control circuits and build control panels from drawings.
Prepare sketches and schematic diagrams showing the location of wiring and electrical systems.
Delegate tasks and assist with training other employees.
Communicate effectively with Foremen and crew members.
Maintain workflow schedule to ensure all Rosendin productivity objectives are met.
Demonstrate the highest level of professionalism and courtesy when interacting with colleagues, customers and vendors.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Must hold a current Journeyman Wireman license (if required by the applicable state, city or county).
Ability to install power systems: lighting, fire protection, security, and data network.
Ability to build and install control panels and provide maintenance to systems.
Experience using Electrical Single Line blueprints.
Experience finding and repairing faults in electrical apparatus and circuits.
Ability to verify compliance and functionality of installations.
Experience helping with the management of a project and crew.

The Project Manager III - MPS is a subject matter expert level Project Management position responsible for managing large-sized projects of more advanced complexity, creating detailed project plans and collaborating on tasks with team members while tracking progress, communicating with internal and external stakeholders, and monitoring the completion of projects timelines, within budget. The Production Manager II is responsible for providing overall manufacturing support and oversight for enterprise level developers.
The Head of Production directives to ensure all production programs are overseen and managed consistently on programs that are intermediate in scope and technical complexity.

The Production Manager II is responsible for providing overall manufacturing support and oversight for enterprise level developers.
The Head of Production directives to ensure all production programs are overseen and managed consistently on programs that are intermediate in scope and technical complexity.
by taking on initiatives and thinking BIG on ways to improve production processes.

The Deployment Specialist is responsible for the coordination of the delivery, assembly, and inspection of company products. This role requires a fully competent professional who can perform job duties with some autonomy but still requires significant supervision.
Travel to jobsites when products are being delivered, ensure a smooth delivery of products, and guide the install of products.
Coordinate the release of our products to our customers.
Act as point of contact for stakeholders during the deployment of products. This includes, but is not limited to, truck drivers, site construction team, subcontractors and employees.
Oversee subcontractors to ensure safe and quality work.
Review drawings before delivery of product to ensure the logistical plan is performed.

Minimum 2 years' experience in construction experience and/or project coordination
Can be a combination of education, training, and relevant experience.
Computer, filing and 10-key skills required.
Attention to detail and strong analytical skill.
Basic computer skills.

Up to 75% with travel to job sites across the U.S. as needed.
General work environment - sitting for long periods, standing, walking, typing, carrying, pushing, bending. Work is conducted primarily indoors with varying environmental conditions such as fluorescent lighting and air conditioning
Noise level is usually low to medium; it can be loud on the jobsite.

Construction Electrician
2 Years of Electrical Experience Required.
Use industry related hand tools and power tools, under supervision.
Assist the Inside Wireman with measuring, cutting, bending, threading and installing wire and electrical cable systems, conduit systems and other wire raceway systems.
Assist the Inside Wireman with wires and cables within control centers, distribution boxes, transformers, transducers, switch gear, receptacles, switches, etc.
Work with an Inside Wireman to splice and terminate wires at junction points.
Clean, gather and transport materials to electricians on the construction site.
Communicate effectively with Foremen and crew members.
Maintain workflow schedule to ensure all Rosendin productivity objectives are met.
Demonstrate the highest level of professionalism and courtesy when interacting with colleagues, customers and vendors.
Adhere to all Rosendin's safety policies and procedures.
The ability to read and understand electrical single line blueprints.
Familiar with aspects of operation, maintenance and repair of electrical systems.
Basic knowledge of tools and equipment and how to safely use them.

Hazards include risk of electrical shock and other work-site accidents
40-hour workweek is normal, however, if offered, working overtime may be included; electricians may work nights or weekends
