The HSE Manager I is a mid-level professional safety position. It is a field-based position and leads the implementation or Project Safety Plans, and oversight of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) practices. The Manager, Production Quality for Modular Power Solutions is a facility-based role responsible for quality assurance and validation of quality control throughout the full product lifecycle for modular enclosures and skid-mounted systems serving data center, mission-critical infrastructure, high-tech, and energy customers. This position owns the execution of project- and product-specific Quality Plans at the facility level and ensures that quality requirements are defined early, implemented consistently, and verified at each stage of design, procurement, fabrication, assembly, testing, and delivery. This role reports to and is functionally managed by the Regional Quality Manager, who provides the overarching Quality Management System (QMS), policies, and guidelines. The Manager, Production Quality is responsible for deploying, enforcing, and continuously improving these requirements locally while serving as the primary quality authority on-site.
Serve as the on-site quality authority, ensuring adherence to corporate and regional Quality Management Systems (QMS).
Approve and maintain facility-level Quality Plans, Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), and all quality documentation.
Establish and enforce quality hold points, witness points, and FAT readiness, with authority to stop work when quality, safety, or compliance risks arise.
Lead quality assurance across the full product lifecycle, integrating quality into design reviews, procurement, manufacturing, and testing processes.

The Manager, Production Quality for Modular Power Solutions is a facility-based role responsible for quality assurance and validation of quality control throughout the full product lifecycle for modular enclosures and skid-mounted systems serving data center, mission-critical infrastructure, high-tech, and energy customers. This position owns the execution of project- and product-specific Quality Plans at the facility level and ensures that quality requirements are defined early, implemented consistently, and verified at each stage of design, procurement, fabrication, assembly, testing, and delivery. This role reports to and is functionally managed by the Regional Quality Manager, who provides the overarching Quality Management System (QMS), policies, and guidelines. The Manager, Production Quality is responsible for deploying, enforcing, and continuously improving these requirements locally while serving as the primary quality authority on-site.
Serve as the on-site quality authority, ensuring adherence to corporate and regional Quality Management Systems (QMS).
Approve and maintain facility-level Quality Plans, Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), and all quality documentation.
Establish and enforce quality hold points, witness points, and FAT readiness, with authority to stop work when quality, safety, or compliance risks arise.
Lead quality assurance across the full product lifecycle, integrating quality into design reviews, procurement, manufacturing, and testing processes.
Conduct and oversee audits, inspections, and FATs, ensuring compliance with customer requirements, mission-critical infrastructure standards, and applicable codes (UL, NEC, NFPA, IEC, CSA, ASME, AWS).
Validate inspection, testing, and verification activities, ensuring nonconformances are identified, resolved, and verified for effectiveness.
Maintain traceability of quality records, documentation, and shipment readiness based on verified QC results.
Define and enforce supplier and subcontractor quality expectations, reviewing documentation, inspections, and corrective actions to ensure on-time, compliant deliveries.
Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA), leveraging quality data and trends to drive continuous improvement and defect prevention.
Collaborate with engineering, production, and project management to resolve design, manufacturability, and process issues.
Participate in customer audits, inspections, and quality reviews, acting as the primary facility-level quality interface.
Train and mentor personnel on quality standards, procedures, and best practices, fostering a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement.

The Production Manager II is responsible for providing overall manufacturing support and oversight for enterprise level developers.
The Head of Production directives to ensure all production programs are overseen and managed consistently on programs that are intermediate in scope and technical complexity.
by taking on initiatives and thinking BIG on ways to improve production processes.
the necessary bill of materials list for their respective production program.
product design is followed on the manufacturing floor.
Coordinate with the BVA lead for the necessary manpower to match the production scheduling demand.
QA/QC processes are followed and adhered to.
Collaborate with the program GF in creating and maintaining production schedules.
Coordinate with the program management teams regarding customer needs and timelines.
Collaborate with the Safety Team to ensure safe manufacturing practices are being followed.
Mentor and support Production Manager I with technical knowledge and how to be a transparent communicator.

Knowledge of construction and electrical industry required.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Must possess the ability to lead intermediate technical programs, collaborate with site and staff as required, and be the technical SME (Subject Matter Expert) for their respective production program while maintaining transparent internal and external customer relations.
Proficient in using a computer and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.); Oracle preferred.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, changing priorities as necessary.
Ability to work under time pressure and adapt to changing requirements with a positive attitude.
Effective oral and written communication skills as required for the position.
Ability to be self-motivated, proactive and an effective team player.
Ability to interact effectively and professionally with all levels of employees, both management and staff alike, vendors, clients, and others.
Associates and/or Bachelors Degree in technical field preferred.
Minimum 10 years field electrical experience as a licensed electrician required.
Minimum 12 years field / industrialized construction and/or manufacturing industry experience required.A combination of each is acceptable.

The Manager, Production Quality for Modular Power Solutions is a facility-based role responsible for quality assurance and validation of quality control throughout the full product lifecycle for modular enclosures and skid-mounted systems serving data center, mission-critical infrastructure, high-tech, and energy customers. This position owns the execution of project- and product-specific Quality Plans at the facility level and ensures that quality requirements are defined early, implemented consistently, and verified at each stage of design, procurement, fabrication, assembly, testing, and delivery. This role reports to and is functionally managed by the Regional Quality Manager, who provides the overarching Quality Management System (QMS), policies, and guidelines. The Manager, Production Quality is responsible for deploying, enforcing, and continuously improving these requirements locally while serving as the primary quality authority on-site.
Serve as the on-site quality authority, ensuring adherence to corporate and regional Quality Management Systems (QMS).
Approve and maintain facility-level Quality Plans, Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), and all quality documentation.
Establish and enforce quality hold points, witness points, and FAT readiness, with authority to stop work when quality, safety, or compliance risks arise.
Lead quality assurance across the full product lifecycle, integrating quality into design reviews, procurement, manufacturing, and testing processes.
Conduct and oversee audits, inspections, and FATs, ensuring compliance with customer requirements, mission-critical infrastructure standards, and applicable codes (UL, NEC, NFPA, IEC, CSA, ASME, AWS).
Validate inspection, testing, and verification activities, ensuring nonconformances are identified, resolved, and verified for effectiveness.
Maintain traceability of quality records, documentation, and shipment readiness based on verified QC results.
Define and enforce supplier and subcontractor quality expectations, reviewing documentation, inspections, and corrective actions to ensure on-time, compliant deliveries.
Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA), leveraging quality data and trends to drive continuous improvement and defect prevention.

Splice and terminate wires at junction points.
Troubleshoot equipment electrical systems and control circuits and build control panels from drawings.
Prepare sketches and schematic diagrams showing the location of wiring and electrical systems.
Delegate tasks and assist with training other employees.
Communicate effectively with Foremen and crew members.
Maintain workflow schedule to ensure all Rosendin productivity objectives are met.

The Manager, Production Quality for Modular Power Solutions is a facility-based role responsible for quality assurance and validation of quality control throughout the full product lifecycle for modular enclosures and skid-mounted systems serving data center, mission-critical infrastructure, high-tech, and energy customers. This position owns the execution of project- and product-specific Quality Plans at the facility level and ensures that quality requirements are defined early, implemented consistently, and verified at each stage of design, procurement, fabrication, assembly, testing, and delivery. This role reports to and is functionally managed by the Regional Quality Manager, who provides the overarching Quality Management System (QMS), policies, and guidelines. The Manager, Production Quality is responsible for deploying, enforcing, and continuously improving these requirements locally while serving as the primary quality authority on-site.
Serve as the on-site quality authority, ensuring adherence to corporate and regional Quality Management Systems (QMS).
Approve and maintain facility-level Quality Plans, Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), and all quality documentation.
Establish and enforce quality hold points, witness points, and FAT readiness, with authority to stop work when quality, safety, or compliance risks arise.

The Project Manager III - MPS is a subject matter expert level Project Management position responsible for managing large-sized projects of more advanced complexity, creating detailed project plans and collaborating on tasks with team members while tracking progress, communicating with internal and external stakeholders, and monitoring the completion of projects timelines, within budget. The Project Manager III answers client queries, addresses technical and contract questions as well as identifying new business opportunities among existing customers. In this role, you will liaise with cross-functional internal teams to improve the entire customer experience. This position may require travel.
Serve as the subject matter expert for all customer project management matters.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Navigate nuances of client relations amongst peers within trusted account relationships.
Create agenda and guide the Kickoff Meeting presentation to all stakeholders of the fulfillment team

The Project Manager III - MPS is a subject matter expert level Project Management position responsible for managing large-sized projects of more advanced complexity, creating detailed project plans and collaborating on tasks with team members while tracking progress, communicating with internal and external stakeholders, and monitoring the completion of projects timelines, within budget. The Project Manager III answers client queries, addresses technical and contract questions as well as identifying new business opportunities among existing customers. In this role, you will liaise with cross-functional internal teams to improve the entire customer experience. This position may require travel.
Serve as the subject matter expert for all customer project management matters.
Review and thoroughly understand work orders and service agreements.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Navigate nuances of client relations amongst peers within trusted account relationships.
Create agenda and guide the Kickoff Meeting presentation to all stakeholders of the fulfillment team
Anticipate concerns impacting the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and multiple objectives.
Foster new business opportunities with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
Manage multi-year forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. monthly sales results and annual forecasts)
Contribute and present program metrics for the client business reviews.
Maintain and enhance relationships with BD team to identify and grow opportunities.
Assist with challenging requests or issue escalations as needed internally.
Manage ongoing customer's site requirements
Act as a single point of contact, own the proposal process internally.
Review and prepare Cost-at-Completion (CAC) accounting for internal review with MPS leadership.
Act as a subject matter expert of the CAC process and mentor junior program managers.
Proactively manage multiple activities of higher complexity to ensure forward progress and deadlines with efficiency.
Negotiate and create all change orders on projects for internal approval.
Represent the company/project in meetings with clients, subcontractors, etc.
Maintain understanding of customer forecast and facilitate alignment with the Production Team and Continuous Improvement Team.

Thorough understanding of MPS safety protocols and procedures
Proficient in using a computer and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.); Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), Power BI and Oracle experience preferred.
Ability to understand, develop, follow, and enforce standard operating policies and procedures.
Ability to perform duties in a professional manner and appearance.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, changing priorities as necessary.
Ability to work under time pressure and adapt to changing requirements with a positive attitude.
Effective oral and written communication skills
Ability to be self-motivated, proactive and an effective team player.
Ability to interact effectively and professionally with all levels of employees, both management and staff alike, vendors, clients, and others
Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Project Management or other related discipline preferred.
PMP license a plus
experience in program management, preferably in industrialized construction role. Expert knowledge of construction technology, scheduling, Minimum 7 years' equipment and methods required.
Business development/heavy client interaction a plus.
Can be a combination of training, education and relevant work experience that is equivalent.

General work environment - Work is conducted primarily indoors with varying environmental conditions such as fluorescent lighting and air conditioning. May be sitting for long periods, standing, walking, typing, carrying, pushing, and bending.
Noise level is usually low to medium; can be loud on a job site.
